Ben , thanks for your compliment.

Firstly, The Membership Club model we are working with will suit both established contractors and newbies. Think of the Club being like James' Mowing: all the support without the big franchise fees!

Secondly, in regard to filling in the blanks, I am not sure I would achieve much doing that. Not because I don't want to - but because I think that any Contractor, worth his or her salt, will strive to do all their jobs on a fixed price basis (as described in The Blueprint). When fixed price jobs are quoted properly your income will always exceed other contractors on hourly rates.

In regard to all the other operational stuff like Admin (administration, book-keeping, office work and so on), Yes we can all benefit from other people's experience...in the case of the Membership Club, we will have the combined experiences of all members to draw from. From my point of view, I meet regularly with other business owners and my Business Coach, so would be sharing this as well.

Hello Gerry, I have observed your web site over the last week or so and wish to congratulate you on a very well thought out system you have here.

I have a rather successful gardening business and the reason i have found your site is because i have set some new goals for myself. I am not looking to set myself up, as this has already been done. I am wondering if you think you could assist the right person to have a gardening business that consistantly turns over $_ _ _ _ a day for 150 days of the year with a _ _% profit margin?(4 day work weeks with 4 weeks off thats my plan).

Could you fill in the blanks of what you think might be the best case possible in your eyes for the above $ earnings and %? See if we are on the same page.

Also, i am always on the look out for ways to run my business more efficiently, admin side of things, do you think you could also help someone in my situation with this area? Would love to hear you thoughts.
